What an export buyer actually needs on a page
Three things decide whether a container arrives usable: the timber specification and its moisture content, the finish system and how it behaves after six weeks in a steel box, and the packing method. Everything else is styling. Our product pages therefore lead with species, kiln-drying target and finish type rather than with a lifestyle photograph, and our shipping pages state the packing standard we use per item class rather than promising unspecified care.
What we verify on the compliance side
Timber legality is the point at which furniture exports from Indonesia succeed or fail. We work to the Indonesian timber legality assurance system and its export documentation, and to the phytosanitary and packing-material requirements of the destination market, because a shipment that clears Surabaya and is held at destination has cost the buyer more than the discount that tempted them. Requirements are cited to the issuing authority and dated, since destination rules change independently of ours.
What we do not claim
No craftsman is named on this site and no personal track record is asserted for anyone. Certification belongs to the company and the mill, not to a byline; documents are supplied against an order rather than displayed as decoration.
